Non-chill filtered bottled at strength of 46% abv to keep the best aroma . The blending batch is done with careful selection and marked on the bottle. Golden color of label represents the richness and mellowness of the fruity sherry whisky. Nantou is the other distillery in Taiwan. Built in 2008 by the state, Omar single malt was launched in 2015. This is the bottling aged in sherry cask, resulting in a full-bodied and intense whisky with notes of caramel, toast, dried fruit and a hint of smoke.台灣公司TTL在2008年於南投中興新村 的南投酒廠 設立了蒸餾廠，而且購買蘇格蘭的乾燥大麥芽來釀造威士忌，而且可以從麥芽粉碎、糖化、發酵、蒸餾、木桶熟成一貫作業。口感:酒體濃稠香甜，有些許煙燻，像吃焦糖吐司，回鄉是果乾和橘子蛋糕的香味尾韻:悠長，是一種甜而不膩的輕雪莉威士忌，一絲絲的硫味最後轉成煙燻
