We harvested the Escherndorfer Lump Silvaner Beerenauslese on 12.12.2012. The wine presents itself with a beautiful minerality and aromas of rambutan, mango and honey. In the mouth, aromas of grapefruit and green apple unfold. The subtle acid flatters the palate.
