亞伯樂酒廠的創辦人James Fleming在1879年成立了亞伯樂酒廠，它位於斯貝賽的中心，是優質蘇格蘭威士忌原料大麥的產地。
亞伯樂以既長且寬的蒸餾器形狀，製造出酒質均衡香醇，口感多層次。獨一無二的地理環境，加上酒廠先進的技術，早在19世紀時，亞伯樂酒廠便享有「最完美現代蒸餾廠」的美譽。
Aberlour Village位於蘇格蘭Benrinnes山腳下，周圍有著迷人的風景，及清澈的流水，；在1862年，James Gordon 及Peter Weir，在此地建造了一個蒸餾廠，並且以當地的村落名稱Aberlour 來命名，酒廠的用水，皆來自於聖卓斯敦水井，這口井具有一千多年的歷史，也是當地教士為蘇格蘭高地居民，施以受洗禮的水源，因為只有最純淨的水才可以當聖水，這種天然的神聖，也就是亞伯樂威士忌水源的保證。
現今的亞伯樂Aberlour釀酒廠，已經改用由Benrinnes山所流下來的山泉水源，釀製出金黃得琥珀色，位於Speyside中心位置的Aberlour釀酒廠，不單是有著絕佳得水質，並使用著蘇格蘭優質的大麥，加上酒廠的先進技術，早在19世紀，已被譽為最佳的釀酒廠。
Aberlour 的 14 年單一麥芽威士忌，在 oloroso 雪利酒桶和首次灌裝的美國橡木桶中成熟。
結果是聞到丁香、荳蔻、太妃糖、牛奶巧克力和橙子皮的香氣，並輔以黑櫻桃、摩卡咖啡和新鮮薄荷的味道。
為表彰其品質，新款 Aberlour 14 Year Old 甚至在推出之前就獲得了多項獎項——在著名的 2020 年國際葡萄酒和烈酒大賽中獲得了令人夢寐以求的雙金獎，
並在 2020 年國際烈酒挑戰賽中獲得了金牌。
